What program do you use to make GLITTER graphics and .gif images?
Which version of Paint Shop Pro would you use to add glitter to an image or animate an image slightly? What would you use to make a frame of glitter or add glitter text? Example:

Glitter graphics are animated gifs. You can use any graphics program to make the frames and Unfreez (it's free) to animate them. http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/
